For associates, many of whom may have had no experience of interviewing as a qualified lawyer, we take very much a pastoral approach, providing support along the way. This includes ensuring that a CV is far more than just a description of experience but properly sells them. We also offer helpful guidance on questions you are likely to encounter at interview so that you are fully prepared.
